Trilogy Triathlon Club hosted a successful running of their annual TriLaois event on Saturday. The event involves competitors swimming 750 metres in the pool at Laois Leisure Centre, Portlaoise beside St. Brigid’s place. A scenic 22.5km cycle out towards Emo and back via the Borris Road. An out and back 5km run brings athletes out the Ridge Road and back to finish line, on the grounds of the Laois Leisure Centre.
