St Michael's Athletic Club recently held their annual Forest Run on Good Friday, April 7. The 5k Route cut through Emo Forest but also routed through the majestic Emo Court while the 10k route was on a quiet country road cutting through Emo Forest and gave an excellent opportunity for a good run.
