St Abban’s AC enjoyed a fantastic weekend at the Leinster Juvenile Track and Field Championships held in Tullamore, where their young athletes brought home an impressive total of 34 medals. Despite less-than-ideal weather conditions last Saturday, the athletes gave it their all across a wide range of events, reflecting the dedication and hard work of the club’s coaches, parents, and volunteers. The club was represented in nearly every discipline, and for some athletes it was their first experience at provincial level, an invaluable step in their development. With 9 golds, 14 silvers, and 11 bronze medals secured, the success is a proud moment for the club, and attention now turns to the upcoming National Championships in a few weeks’ time. READ FULL RESULTS BELOW PICTURE.
