Roisin Kearney won gold in the Girls U12 200m sprint
Ballinakill’s Roisin Kearney produced a superb performance to win gold at the Community Games National Finals in SETU Carlow recently.
Competing in the Girls U12 200m sprint, Kearney represented Laois and powered her way to the national title, earning a spot on the podium.
Winning a Community Games National medal is regarded as a remarkable achievement, and Roisin’s success highlights her dedication and hard work in athletics. Her victory brings great pride to both Ballinakill and Laois, with the young sprinter now recognised as a national champion.
