One of Ireland’s best-known chefs, Paul Flynn, who is pictured below on the left, took to the stage in Mountrath, Co Laois, to help raise funds for the Class of 1990 Restoration Project.

Paul Flynn of the Tannery Restaurant and Cookery School, in Waterford, brought his highly sought after cookery demo to Bloom HQ on Wednesday, November 13.
The celebrity chef, and TV presenter, showcased delicious recipe ideas, along with many tips and tricks ahead of the upcoming festive season.
A pop-up Christmas market featuring incredible homemade food, craft, and gift stalls also took place on the night, as well as a raffle.
The money raised will go towards a planned makeover for the convent gardens, in Bloom HQ, which will save the historic yew trees and also provide an outdoor space to be enjoyed by the community, as part of the Class of 1990 Restoration Fund.
