One of the maddest races in Ireland took place for the 45th year on New Year's Day 2025 just over the Laois border in Kilkenny. The Castlecomer Wellie Race welcomed over 600 runners from children to athletes all wearing welly boots on a 5km run for charities. Alf Harvey was there to capture the fun.
