The excitement is building in Portlaoise where the selection night for the Laois Rose of Tralee is getting underway. There is a great buzz in the Midlands Park Hotel where the 17 entrants will be interviewed on stage by Ollie Turner, cheered on by their supporters in the audience. The winner will then be announced revealing who will take part in the televised International Rose of Tralee in Kerry this August.
