Gardaí 'concerned' for welfare of missing Laois teenage boy

Gardaí make nationwide missing persons appeal in search for Saul Mulvihill Cosgrove from Portarlington

Saul Mulvihill Cosgrove is aged 15.

Gardaí are seeking the public's assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 15-year-old Saul Mulvihill Cosgrove, who is missing from his home in Portarlington.

The national appeal issued by Garda HQ says Saul has not been seen at his home in the Laois Offaly town since Tuesday, January 20.

Gardaí say Saul is approximately 6 feet in height, of slim build, with brown hair and brown eyes. It is not known what Saul was wearing when last seen.

The guards add that the Portarlington boy may have travelled to the Newbridge area of Kildare. MORE BELOW PHOTO.

"Gardaí are concerned for his well-being," said the statement.

Anyone with any information on Saul’s whereabouts is asked to contact Portlaoise Garda Station on 057 867 4100, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda Station.
