Tenders are being accepted on the etenders website up until August 5
Laois County Council has published a tender for work to be carried out at the Riverview Apartments in Portlaoise.
The six month contract worth €30,000 is for remedial works including the retaining of a wall.
The tender states the work includes the "Provision of hoarding/fencing, dismantling of the existing boundary wall as specified, excavation and removal of spoil, placing foundations, building new boundary wall, placing fill, installing fencing, provision of drainage, paving, planting and all other reinstatements and associated works."
Tenders are being accepted on the etenders website up until August 5 with an expected start date in September.
