Staff and students at St Mary's CBS in Portlaoise are celebrating today after the junior certificate results were released. The school said they are so proud of their students and gave a special mention to David Wajrak who received seven distinctions and Max Gibney who received five distinctions. "We are so proud of our students who did fantastic in their exams. We had some excellent results with some students receiving 5/6/7 Distinctions, combined with many, many Higher Merits across the board. But no matter the grade, we know that our students did their very best and exceeded our expectations.
