Portlaoise Parish lotto jackpot to be shared by three people.
Three Laois people are celebrating after sharing the jackpot in the popular Portlaoise lotto draw on the eve of St Valentine's Day.
The top prize of €19,000 in the Portlaoise Lotto Draw was also shared again after the numbers were drawn on February 13 in the Portlaoise Parish Centre.
Two top prizes of €9,500 were shared between three pepople when their numbers came up in the big community draw on Thursday. Sean Heavin won on his own while Conor and David Donohue share there half of the jackpot.
Sean Heavin was the promoter for Sean Heavin while Betty Lynch was the promoter for Conor and David.
The winning numbers were: 03, 10, 23, 26. The 17 Match 3 winners won €59 each.
The top prize is reduced to €10,000 for the February 20 draw.
The draw takes place every Thursday in the Portlaoise Parish Centre. It can go to a maximum of €20,000 if there is a run of draws with no jackpot winners.
It can be played online via www.portlaoiseparish.ie with proceeds going towards supporting the parish churches, schools and communities.
