PICTURES: Portlaoise comes alive for Old Fort Quarter Festival

There was plenty of energy and atmosphere in Portlaoise this weekend as crowds gathered for the return of the Old Fort Quarter Festival. Now a staple on the Laois summer events calendar, the festival brings together the very best of talent in Laois and beyond - from top-tier music and pop culture to hands-on fun, creative performances, and historical discovery. One of the highlights was performances by The Dooley Brothers and The Whistlin Donkeys and photographer Alf Harvey was there to capture all the fun.
