Site of former Portlaoise petrol station to go under the hammer

A Portlaoise site in a high profile position that was previously used as a service station will go under the hammer later this month. 

1.5 acres of land on the Mountrath Road will be sold through a live stream auction on Friday, July 18. Selling agents O'Donnellan & Joyce Auctioneers Limited said the site is "ideally located next to Portlaoise College and close to the N80 Tullamore route. Circa 1.5 acres suitable for development (subject to planning). Situated in a high profile position with direct access onto Mountrath Road on the outskirts of Portlaoise Town. The site was previously used as a service station."


The development land is listed on daft.ie with a guide price of €350,000. The auction is set to take place at 12 noon on Friday, July 18.
