A residential farm holding on around 31.5 acres will go under the hammer at an auction later this year.  The property at Ballygormill, Timahoe will be sold in three lots. The land is top quality and described as arable by nature. It is presently in both corn and permanent pasture. It is laid out in one division and it is divided into a number of fields with fencing and water laid on throughout. The old world four bedroom farm house was built approximately 1860 and extends to 2000 square feet.
