Over 30 acres of 'top grazing' land in Laois for sale by auction

Over 30 acres of agricultural land in Borris-in-Ossory will be sold by public auction later this year. The land at Kilmartin, Borris in Ossory, Laois is described as being 'top quality grazing' and good road frontage. 


The land is currently leased until March 1, 2029 for €10,000 per annum. It is being sold all in one lot by public auction on Thursday, October 2  in Templemore Arms Hotel.

Selling agent Seamus Browne said: "A splendid opportunity to acquire a compact holding all in one lot and is described as top quality grazing. The lands are fenced, and have a well water supply and electricity connected. There is an internal farm road through the centre of the holding along with a small farm outbuilding (previously used as a milking parlour). The land has good public road frontage. Located c.4km from Borris-in-Ossory village and c.9km from Roscrea town.  The land is currently on a five lease expiring on 1st March 2029 at an annual rent of €10,000 per annum."
