Galesquarter, Cullahill.
A detached two bedroom bungalow on a large site has come on the market in Laois for just €100,000. Located between Durrow and Cullahill the property is set on a substantial 1.25 acre site. The large field/paddock to the side and rear enjoys a separate entrance to the house. The property was extended in recent years with a new kitchen and bathroom and selling agents Hume Auctioneers say it will now benefit from further modernisation. "The successful purchaser may qualify for vacant property grants," they added. The property at Galesquarter, Cullahill is listed on Daft.ie for €100,000.
