Thomas (Tommy) Carolan- Stradbally
The death has occurred of Thomas (Tommy) Carolan of Woodview, Stradbally, Laois, R32 NP20 / Nobber, Meath. Tommy passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, in The Midlands Regional Hospital, Portlaoise on Monday, March 11. Formerly Nobber Co. Meath. Predeceased by his wife Adie, brother Paddy, sisters Pauline and Mary.
Sadly missed by his sons Richard and Thomas, daughters Kathleen and Adeline, daughters in law Josephine and Sheila, sons in law Gabriel and Noel and his brother Charlie, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brother in law, sister in law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends. May Tommy Rest In Peace
Tommy will be reposing at his residence (R32 NP20) on Wednesday from 4pm to 8pm with recital of the Rosary at 8pm.
Removal from his residence by Whelehan Funeral Directors on Thursday morning to arrive at the Sacred Heart Church, Stradbally (R32 WRH9) for 12 noon Requiem Mass. Interment to follow in Oakvale Cemetery. Family flowers only please.
Donations in lieu to Cancer Research Ireland. Donation box will be in the church. House private on Thursday morning please.

Maura Dunne - Ballyfin
The death has occurred of The Fields, Deerpark, Ballyfin who died March 10 in the tender loving care of her loving family.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Jim ,her dear son John and her infant son, she will be dearly missed and forever loved by her children Majella, Pat, Breda and Seamus, her dear brother John Joe and dear sister Bernie (Kirwan) sons-in-law and daughters-in-law. Adored grandmother and great-grandmother to all her dear grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Much loved Aunt to all her nieces and nephews. She will be missed by all their families, neighbours and friends.
Maura will repose in her daughter Breda’s home in Clonagh, Ballyfin (R32 NY 61) on Tuesday from 5pm. Recital of The Rosary at 8pm. Removal on Wednesday at 10.30am to St Fintans Church, Ballyfin for Requiem Mass at 11am. Burial after in St Fintan's Cemetery.
Family flowers only, please. Support for Daffodil Day on March 22nd in lieu of flowers, if desired.

Christy Cahill- Portlaoise / Timahoe
The death occurred of Christy Cahill, St Brigid's Place, Portlaoise and late of Orchard, Timahoe, on March 9 peacefully, surrounded by his loving family.
Beloved husband of Lily. Loving father to Geraldine Lynam, Christy, Tony and Liz Traynor. Cherished grandfather to Jenna, Stephanie, Christopher and Paraig. Missed by great-grandchildren Sadie and Florence, sons-in-law Colm and John, daughter-in-law Christine, Jenna's husband Shaun, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nephews and nieces, great neighbours and friends, and former colleagues in Shaws & Eircom.
Reposed at Keegan's funeral home on Monday from 6.30 pm until 8 pm, with rosary at 7.30 pm. Removal on Tuesday morning from his home at 11.30 am to arrive at SS Peter and Paul's Church for 12 noon requiem Mass. Interment will follow in SS Peter and Paul's Cemetery, Portlaoise. House private, please.

Shane O'Loughlin - Ballyroan
The death occurred of Shane O'Loughlin, Newtown, Ballyroan on March 9. Passed away peacefully in the heart and lung transplant unit of the Mater Hospital.
Beloved husband to his heartbroken wife Sarah and adored father to Carly, Kate, Kyle. Loving son to Louise and Noel. Cherished son-in-law to Liam and Mary Bergin. Brother to Stephen and partner Janine, Stacey and her husband John. Also missed by sister-in-law Jenah and brother-in-law to Derek and his wife Sara.
Deeply regretted by his loving family - uncles, aunts, nephew, nieces and friends.

Reposing at Keegan's Funeral home on Tuesday evening from 6 pm till 8 pm. Funeral arriving at St Patricks Church Ballyroan for 11 am requiem mass on Wednesday morning. Cremation will follow in Newlands Cross Crematorium. Family flowers only donations if desired to the Mater Hospital Foundation Trust.
