John Kelly - Attanagh

The death has occurred of John Kelly of  Ballinalacken, Attanagh, Laois / Attanagh, Kilkenny on July 6, 2025.  Suddenly at his residence Predeceased by his wife Kathleen, mother Elizabeth, brother Pat and sister Betty

Forever remembered and cherished by his children Sean, Margaret, and Paul, sister Nora, daughters-in-law Siobhan and Nichola, son-in-law Gavin, grandchildren John, Catherine, Maggie, Cian, Liam, Euan, and Rory, great-grandchildren James and Adam, his wider family and wonderful friends. May John rest in peace.

Reposing at Coady's Funeral Home, Castlecomer on Wednesday (9th July) from 7pm concluding with Vigil Prayers and Rosary at 8pm. Funeral cortege arriving at St. Patrick's Church, Ballyragget on Thursday morning for Requiem Mass at 11am. John will be laid to rest thereafter in Saint Finnan's Cemetery, Ballyragget.

Richard Brophy- Ballyfin / Mountrath

Richard Brophy, Upper Sconce, Mountrath, Co. Laois. Died July 9th 2025, suddenly at his home, surrounded by his loving family and neighbours.

Predeceased by his Granddaughter Georgia Levi.

Deeply regretted and will be sadly missed by his loving wife Ellen, daughters Helen, Janet, Caroline, Carmel and Rachelle, grandchildren Ethan, Theo, Ruby, Oisin, Hannah, Amelia, Harrison and Riley, sons in law Alan, Paul, Paul, Robin and Fred, Brother and Sisters, Brothers in law, Sisters in law, Nieces, Nephews, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends. 'May Richard Rest In Peace'.

The Family would like to thank the Emergency Services and Midlands Regional Hospital, Portlaoise.
