Kathleen Rowan (née Maloney), 11 Cappalug, Killeshin, Carlow and formerly of Milltown, Tuam, Co. Galway, July 29th 2025 at St. Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny.
Beloved wife of the late Christopher and much loved mother of Christine, Karen, Jackie and Paul. Sadly missed by her loving son, daughters, sister Mary Boyce (New Jersey, USA) sons-in-law Seamus and John, Paul’s partner Anna, Karen’s partner Christy, adored grandchildren Natasha, Tara, Gavin, Carolyn, Heather, Grace, Alan, Jamie and Dean, great-grandchildren Amber, James, Amira, Isla, Alfie, Freddie and Sadie, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, neighbours and friends. Predeceased by her granddaughter Baby Mary-Christine, brothers Henry, Jimmy and Baby Michael and by her sisters Margaret and Una.
May Kathleen Rest in Eternal Peace. Reposing in R. Healy & Son Funeral Home Pollerton Castle, Carlow on Thursday evening (July 31st) from 4pm to 8pm, pausing for prayers at 7pm. Funeral Mass on Friday at 2pm in Holy Cross Church, Killeshin. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Julia Quinn. Limetree Ave. Portlaoise and formerly Ballyfin Co. Laois. 28th July 2025. Peacefully at St Vincents Private Hospital. Surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her father Jim. Dearly loved daughter to Mary. Cherished sister to Sadie, Jim, Mary Teresa , Christine and John. Deeply regretted by her loving family. Brothers-in-law Declan, Brendan, Mike, and sisters-in-law Gemma and Roxanne. Nephews, nieces and all her close friends and her GAA family at Comhairle Laighean. May she rest in peace.
Reposing at Keegans funeral home Portlaoise on Thursday from 6.30 pm until 8 pm. With rosary at 7.30 pm. Funeral arriving at SS Peter and Pauls Church Portlaoise for 11 am Requiem Mass on Friday. Interment will follow in Ballyfin Cemetery.

The death has occurred of Joyce Seale (née Wheeler) Joyce, Grennan, Attanagh,Co. Laois and formerly of Pallasgreen. Co. Limerick. Joyce passed away peacefully at Tallaght University Hospital, Dublin, surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, July 27, 2025.
Predeceased by her husband Des. Deeply regretted by her son Clive, daughter Emma, daughter-in-law Aideen, grandsons David and Daniel, brother John, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.
Reposing at her residence on Wednesday July 30th, from 6pm with Prayers at 8 pm. Removal from her residence on Thursday 31st July to St. Fintan's Church, Durrow (R32X674) for Funeral service at 2pm followed by burial in Attanagh Churchyard. House private on Thursday please.

Sadie passed away peacefully in the presence of her loving family and in the exceptional care of the staff at St. Patrick’s Community Hospital Fermoy on Monday, July 28, 2025. Beloved wife of the late Peadar, much loved mother of Siobhan, Louise, Frances and Elizabeth, loving Granny of Joseph, James, Daire, Lauren and Lily, dear sister of Bridie, Frances and the late Thomas.
Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her daughters, grandchildren, sisters, sons-in-law Johnny Quinn, Brian Walsh and Clive Cox, brother-in-law Bernie Collins, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends. Rest in peace.
Sadie will repose at Ronayne’s Funeral Home, Fermoy Tuesday from 5.30.pm until 7.00.pm. followed by removal to St. Patrick’s Church, Fermoy. Requiem Mass Wednesday at 12 noon burial afterwards in Kilcrumper new cemetery.

Emlyn O'Reilly - Liogard Portlaoise - 26th July 2025. Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family. After a short illness, borne with courage, dignity and possitivity. Predeceased by his father Michael and niece Amy.
Loving son to Teresa and cherished brother to Sharon, Keelin, Tracey and Zeta. Reposing at home at Liogard (R32KX2T) on Tuesday afternoon from 2 pm until rosary at 8 pm. Removal on Wednesday morning at 10pm to arrive at SS Peter and Pauls church for 11am Requiem Mass. Interment will follow in SS Peter and Pauls cemetery Portlaoise.
