Time is running out for young rugby players to enrol in the Leinster Rugby Summer Camp in Portlaoise RFC where participants are in for a real treat. The camps, which have sold out at many venues across the province, are open to any players, new and existing, who would like to come and give rugby a try this summer.
The camp will take place from Monday July 17 until Friday July 21 from 9.30am-1pm over the five days and is aimed at girls and boys aged six to 12.
The summer camp is priced at €90 and every camp attendee gets a training t-shirt, Rhino rugby ball, and drawstring bag. Camp goers will also get one free ticket to a selected Leinster game. There will also be a visit from some of the Leinster Rugby players.
This year the aim is to challenge the players with lots of new games and skills so the kids can take these back to their schools and clubs and, of course, this will all be done through fun small sided games.
Online bookings only, click HERE and an administration charge of €5 will apply for all bookings.
