Portlaoise Rugby Club is appealing for Laois support to donate some pedal power so that funds can be raised to upgrade facilities and help its teams.
The Portlaoise RFC 24-Hour Spinathon takes place at the Togher grounds in May, with the club saying everyone is "gearing up for an epic spin" to support the teams and improve facilities at its grounds.
But the sports club says it needs you.
"The club is appealing for volunteers for a few minutes on the bike on Saturday - Sunday, May 3/4 at the club grounds," says the appeal from the rugby club.
To get involved, the Portlaoise club asks that you Direct Message the Facebook page so that a slot can be booked between 12 midday to 12 midday.
With over 12 youth teams for boys and girls, and three senior teams, Portlaoise RFC describes itself as being at the heart of the community.
"This fundraiser is essential to support our players and maintain our fantastic facilities, including multiple pitches, dressing rooms, and a vibrant clubhouse.

"Every spin counts, and every donation makes a difference. Come cycle, cheer, or chip in—your support keeps our club strong and growing," said the club.
If you can’t cycle, the club asks that you donate whatever you can on gofundme here.
