Approximately 30 transition year students were involved in teaching the primary school students.

The lessons given were planned and delivered in a lively and interactive manner, using play-based methods.

Ballinakill students from first, second, third and fourth classes had a fun and educational time during these classes, where Heywood students taught with the co-operation of their teachers Ms Fiona O’Leary and Ms Brennan.
