Paul and 'Magic' from Dogs Trust with a First Class pupil in Scoil Naomh Phadraig in Mountmellick
All in Scoil Phadraig Noafa boys school in Mountmellick were delighted to meet Paul and his dog Magic from Dogs Trust, who visited the school last week.
Paul and Magic, a greyhound whippet cross, visited every class over three days, teaching the boys about the responsibilities of pet ownership, as well as how to be safe around a dog.
Principal is John Murrell.
“We had raised €160 for Dogs Trust with a non-uniform day so it was a lovely surprise for the boys on the first day back to meet Magic. Paul gave very generously of his time, and it was very educational,” he said.
