Kilgallen and Partners Consulting Engineers Ltd is an established consulting engineering practice

Kilgallen and Partners Consulting Engineers Ltd is an established consulting engineering practice with offices in Kilkenny and Portlaoise. They are operating under an NSAI certified ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.

The company is a CPD Accredited Employer with Engineers Ireland and under this accreditation, they maintain a structured mentoring process for all staff.

The company are seeking suitably qualified and experienced personnel for the following positions:

Structural Engineer / Technician

The ideal candidate will have experience in construction site attendance and the use of Autodesk Revit, Masterseries or other similar design software. Current projects include design in pharmaceutical, multi-unit residential, industrial, commercial, retail and public sector.

Civil Engineer / Technician

The ideal candidate will have experience in construction site attendance and the use of Autodesk Civil 3D, Infodrainage or other similar software. Current projects include transport, active travel, flood risk, pharmaceutical, commercial and multi-unit residential. Experience in any of these areas will be an important consideration.

Strong written and oral communication skills are an advantage for each position along with the ability to work within an ISO 9001 approved quality system.

The salary / reward arrangement will be negotiable and will reflect the level of experience and training of the successful candidate. A company pension scheme is in place. A hybrid working model forms part of our practice.
