The Mountrath Co-Operative's Livestock Sales Limited, of Rushin Road, Mountrath, Co Laois, wish to give notice of their intent to hold a special general meeting of their society.
The meeting is set to take place on the evening of Valentine's Day, February 14, at 8pm. It will occur at the Co-Operative Mart Premises, with the eircode R32 DH68.
The Chairman and Committee would urge all shareholders to attend the special general meeting.
What is on the agenda for this meeting is to vote on a proposal made to the mart committee pertaining to the future of mart premises.
Attendees may be required to provide proof that they are a shareholder, should any voting take place on the night.
