WEATHER WARNING: Ice Warning issued by Met Eireann
Met Éireann has issued a weather warning as temperatures look set to plummet.
The Status Yellow Ice warning was issued for Laois and the rest of Ireland today.
It will come into effect on Monday, March 6 at 6pm and remain in place until Tuesday at 10am.
Met Éireann is warning of dangerous travelling conditions with icy roads and paths from Monday evening.
Met Éireann warned of “hazardous conditions due to freezing temperatures including icy stretches on roads and paths."
