Met Éireann has issued another status yellow thunderstorm and rain for most of the country.
The warning came into effect at noon this Monday and remain in place until 10pm.
According to the forecaster, heavy showers with thunderstorms are likely. Met Éireann says the weather could lead to spot flooding, poor visibility and difficult travelling conditions.
The status yellow warning also applies to Cavan, Clare, Limerick, Monaghan, Tipperary, Dublin, Kildare, Laois, Longford, Louth, Meath, Offaly, Westmeath, Always and Roscommon.
In its national outlook, Met Éireann forecasts a continuation of warm weather with light winds. However, it also expects it to stay unsettled with further thunderstorms bringing localised flooding.

Monday: Sunny spells this morning. Showers will be isolated at first, but will become heavier and more widespread this afternoon and evening with thunderstorms and localised flooding possible. Highest temperatures of 18 to 22 degrees with light to moderate southwest breezes.
Showers will begin to die off overnight, except for south and west coasts. Mild with lowest temperatures of 11 to 14 degrees in just light southerly breezes. Misty in parts too.
Tuesday: A cloudy and showery day with showers turning heavy into the afternoon and evening. Some thunderstorms are likely. Highest temperatures of 18 to 21 degrees in just light southerly breezes.
Showers will become more isolated at night with drier and clearer conditions developing. Some mist and fog developing too. Lowest temperatures of 10 to 14 degrees in just light southwest breezes.
WEDNESDAY: Sunny spells and scattered showers with the best of any sunshine breaking out later in the day. Highest temperatures of 18 to 22 degrees with just light westerly breezes.
Mostly dry and clear overnight with just light patchy rain and cloud lingering in parts. Lowest temperatures of 9 to 13 degrees with light variable breezes.

THURSDAY: Sunny spells and isolated showers. Warm in sunshine with highest temperatures of 19 to 24 degrees in light southerly breezes, freshening along southern and western coasts.
FRIDAY: Cloudy and breezy with outbreaks of rain, possibly heavy. Highest temperatures of 18 to 21 degrees with moderate to fresh southwesterly breezes.
