The festival have released their fourth wave of big names taking to the stage

New: More acts revealed for this year's Forest Fest in Laois

Forest Fest in Emo have announced more hair-raising acts to perform this summer.

Festival organisers have been slowly revealing the artists expected to take to the stage this July.

So far, Franz Ferdinand, Manic Street Preachers, Orbital, The Stranglers, Tom Meighan, Travis and Tony Hadley are among the big names announced for this year's festival. 

This is the fourth reveal of acts, with the lineup growing longer and louder.

New acts announced include: Alabama 3,  The Magic Numbers, Nick Lowe, Robert Finley, The 4 of Us,  Mary Coughlan, Sharon Shannon, Sack, Jack Lukeman, Thumper, The Commitments' lead Andrew Strong, Kiera Dignam, Paddy Casey, a Daft Punk Tribute, the renowned Queen tribute act Qween, Ryan Sheridan, Cry Before Dawn, The Olllam, and many more.

"A summertime party atmosphere for 2025 will bring you dancing to the crossroads of Emo for the weekend of July 25 – 27," organisers have said.

"With some serious headliners in the mix, Family Entertainment, Circus and Street Theatre, Award-winning street food, drumming workshops, maker area, craft beers, cocktail bar, and fun fair with loads to do for big and small."

"Stay tuned for more acts to be announced!" they said.

With even more acts listed to perform across the 5 stages, there's something for all music tastes at this year's festival taking place on 25, 26 and 27 July.
