Fans of Portlaoise Musical Society's annual productions are invited to support two upcoming fundaiser that are vital to the staging of this year's production Hello Dolly.
On Thursday, October 6 the society is hosting a Chinese Night in the Rose Palace. Starting at 7.30pm. The chinese buffet is priced at €20 pp. Bring your own bottle (small cost for corkage).
Meanwhile, on Friday October 21 the society's annual table quiz takes place in Kavanagh's Pub on Main St, Portlaoise starting at 8pm. Table of four costs €40.
Every year the Portlaoise group presents a fantastic show. Rehearsals are well underway for the 2016 production of Hello Dolly.
The production will be staged in the Dunamaise Theatre from November 19-26.
“We rely very much on our fundraiser to help with production costs so your support would be greatly appreciated,” says the society.
