All ages are welcome to a meeting of the Laois Open Door Theatre Group this week

Do you want to join a theatre group that helped hone the acting skills or film star Robert Sheehan?

If so drop along to Laois Open Door Theatre Group and discover your hidden talents for the stage, or offstage or backstage.

Laois Open Door are getting together on Tuesday 15th November, at 8.00pm in the Parochial Hall Portlaoise. You would be most welcome, see you there.

The group promise that There will be a part just waiting for you and no experience is necessary. Or just come for the craic and company. All ages welcome.

When he was aged 16 Robert Sheehan played the crippled boy in Cripple of Innishmaan with the group. The Portlaoise born actor, who has gone on to have big roles on stage, TV and film, said afterwards that there is nothing like good theatre.
