Adult Book Club

Internet access, photocopying and printing facilties are also available. Free wifi is also available for library members.
Mountrath & District Camera Club will launch a Children’s Photography competition this Thursday November 13 in Mountrath Library, at 4.15pm.

Late Naomi LARKIN
Condolences to the family of the late Naomi Larkin, The Bungalow, Coolrain Village, Mountrath, formerly Leeds, UK who died peacefully at St James’s Hospital, Dublin on November 5. Beloved wife of Noel (Formerly of Ridge Road, Portlaoise) and dear mother of the late Daniel. Deeply regreted by her loving husband Noel, sister Janet, brother James, extended family, relatives, neighbours, and many friends. Reposed at home. Requiem Mass at St. Fergal’s Church, Camross. Burial after in St. Fergal’s Cemetery.
Late Austin Walsh
Condolences to the family of the late Austin Walsh of Abbeycresent, Abbeyleix, Mountrath and Wexford who died following a long illness on Sunday November 2. Much loved husband of Mary and loving dad to Margaret, Emma and Gus. Sadly missed by Susan & Howard, brothers Ned, Liam, Michael, Cyril and Raymond extended family and friends. Removal to the Church of The Most Holy Rosary, Abbeyleix. Requiem Mass with burial afterwards in Killameestia Cemetery via Mountrath.
