All set for September outing
Truck and tractor fans are being invited to a big event in Laois where they can show off their precious machines and raise vital funds that will go to help families impacted by Autism in Laois.
The annual Camross Truck and Tractor run is taking place this year in October.
After the success of last year's run, the organisers have decided that the 2023 edition will feature two events over two days.
The truck run is pencilled in for Saturday evening, October 14 while the tractor run is scheduled for Sunday afternoon, October 15.
This year's run is in aid of LOFFA (Laois Offaly Families For Autism). LOFFA is a voluntary parent-run support group for parents and families of children, young adults and adult children with Autism.
"It is such a worthy cause so we hope to make it a special, successful weekend," say the organisers.
Last year's event raised more than €9,000 for community projects in Camross.
More details will follow nearer to the date on the Camross Truck and Tractor facebook page.
