Old boys school in Ballyroan is the site chosen for the new playground.
The inventive Ballyroan have found a new way to help raise funds to support the building of a new playground and games area.
As part of the new Ballyroan playground development on the site of the vacant former school, there will be a new Donor Wall installed on the site to acknowledge supporters of the Ballyroan Goes To Hollywood fundraiser.
The fundraiser involves a Gala Night in November and different individual fundraising events leading up to the night this year.
Ballyroan Community Development say families / households which make donations from €100 can have their names included on the donor wall if they so wish.
Donations of €100 can be made to one movie / event or the donation of €100 can be split across up to four movies / events in the Ballyroan Goes to Hollywod fundraiser. This offer does not apply ticket sales for the Gala Night, or donations under €25.

The Ballyroan Community Development CLG will get in touch before the donor wall is signed off for construction, to confirm your details. Any queries about the donor wall contact 086-8381992 or ballyroan.community@gmail.com
