Cullohill Community Centre
Laois people are invited to support one of their local communities while picking up fuel or a wide range of household items at the annual Cullohill Community Centre auction which also raises funds for a local sports club.
This year’s auction will be held on Sunday, January 26th, at 1.30pm and the orgainsers are reaching out to people to come along and support. They are also hoping for donations of goods that can go under the hammer on the day.
"We are asking each household/business to offer or donate good quality items such as firewood (or a tree), agricultural goods, toys, vouchers, household goods and furniture to be auctioned on the day.
"You can drop your items to the Community Centre on the afternoon of Saturday, January 25th. We will also hold a cake sale on the day so we will be very grateful for your donations or cakes and home baking.
"Thanks in advance for your support for what is a key fundraiser each year for Cullohill Community Centre and Handball Club.
