Laois Gardaí are holding community engagement sessions in Portarlington, Stradbally, Mountrath and Portlaoise.
An Garda Siochana's Community Engagement Van is rolling into the four towns to engage with local communities this Thursday and Friday.
Gardaí will be on hand for a chat or to assist in any issues people are having in their areas.
Laois County Council's Fire Service and Estate Management Service will also be on hand to give advice and assistance to the communities in Portarlington, Stradbally, Portlaoise and Mountrath.
The Community Engagement Van will be in Portarlington and Stradbally today. On Friday, May 23 it will be visiting Portlaoise and Mountrath.
Laois Community Gardaí will be joined at the event by officials from Laois County Council and Laois County Fire and Rescue Service.
