A lucky Laois family have won their local lotto jackpot, for the second time running.
The Rock GAA and Rock National School, near Mountmellick, hold a combined weekly lotto jackpot.
Their maximum €10,000 jackpot was won on June 9 for the first time in two years.
Local lady Ann Dempsey scooped the €10,000 jackpot and in a happy coincidence, the last person to win the jackpot was her husband Colm.
The €10,000 jackpot was last won in May 2023 by another local couple, followed a month later with the reduced jackpot won by Colm.
