Classes and workshops to support wellbeing, reduce social isolation and encourage creativity and connection feature in a Laois Offaly initiative as part of Laois Connects.
Laois Connects Week has been in place since 2013. It is a collaborative group representative of voluntary and statutory agencies committed to promoting an awareness of mental health, physical health, and emotional well-being.
The Laois Offaly Education and Training Board is supporting the 2025 edition with a series of free six-week classes and workshops coordinated by its Community Education team.
The schedule of planned activities and starting dates is as follows:
