Breastfeeding mums and babies from the Portlaoise area are invited to Portlaoise Hospital to meet the midwives and some other staff members, to introduce them to breastfeeding babies who are more than a few days old.
Women are encouraged to bring their friends and relatives to come along to thel informal event which takes place on Friday, Octobar 7 at 3.30pm as part of National Breast Feeding Week.
The event, which is organised by the La Leche League, Portlaoise takes place just to the left of Reception in Portlaoise Hospital in the Cardiac Rehab room.
Refreshments will be provided.
