BAllykelly GAA AGM

Ballykelly GAA held is 60th AGM on Fri night. The officers gave their reports on activities undertaken during the year past. Club Secretary John Lawler and Ass Sec Karie Grant covered events on the playing fields, special mention went to our senior men who were promoted for the coming year and also to the 4 teams who contested league finals, there was also great praise for the u14 boys team who reached the All Ireland semi final at the national feile in Derry. On ladies football underage teams reached the semi final stages of their respective competitions with special word for Alannah McLoughlin who was voted Kildare u14 player of the year. Chairman commended our senior ladies despite the recent set backs. He congratulated all club players those who have been selected for the coming year. He thanked the many volunteers who work tirelessly for the club in any way, without you our club would not function.Treasurer Samantha Ryan gave the financial report showing the club to be in a healthy state financially.
