The Parish lotto jackpot is now heading for €13,850 and it would be lovely jackpot to win. On March 10 the jackpot was €13,650 and it was not won, small winners were €30 Paul Cashin, €25 Trish Alley, and €20 Mick, Ethel and Kathleen.
The lotto of Monday night March 24 will be in Durrow Inn with a possible jackpot of €14,150. All tickets must be handed in before 9.30pm on the night of the draw to be included in that jackpot
St. Fergal’s College, Rathdowney will host a Social Dance in Templemore Arms on March 21. Doors open 9pm. Music by Pat Costello and the Midnight Dynamoes starting 9:30pm. Tickets €10, available at St. Fergal’s College and on the door on the night.

Durrow/Cullohill Parish Anglers are looking forward to a new season of fishing with trout fishing competitions on St. Patrick’s Day for Mick Walsh Cup and on Sunday March 26 for the Billy Lawlor Memorial Cup.
Entries will be taken at Lawlor’s Flower Shop, Mill Road from 9.30 am. Membership for season 2014 is now due and can be got in Lawlor’s Gala, The Square, Lawlor’s Flower Shop, Daybreak Store, The Square and Michael Walsh, Club secretary.
