The annual Mission Alive Coffee Morning and Cake Sale will take place in the convent extension on Friday June 26 from 10.30am to 1 pm. A raffle will also be held with a large selection of prizes. Donations of cakes, scones, tarts etc. and preserves will be appreciated. These can be handed in on morning of sale from 10am. Director of the orphan project Sr Paula will attend. All proceeds from the sale will go to the project in Lusaka, Zambia. Note change of venue this year.

Mountain Walk for Cancer Society

The annual walk in the Slieve Blooms in aid of the Irish Cancer Society takes place on Saturday June 27. Assemble for the 8km walk on at the Clonaslee Community Centre at 11am.
