There was 8 tables. Winners on 11 games were Gerry Kelly and Mick Holland. On 10 games were Mary Kelly and Noreen Ryan, Eugene Murphy and Josie Garrett, Paddy Delaney and Willie Gorman. Raffle winners were Grace O’Neill, Grace O Neill, Fint Phelan, Noel Sullivan.
Dublin Mini Marathon

Hospice Sunflower Day is one of the most popular fundraising events in Laois each year and is a major source of income for Laois Hospice. It is now in its 25th year. Laois Hospice Sunflower Day 2015 will take place on Friday, June 5 throughout the county. 1916 RISING Grants
Grants are now available for community groups and organisations planning to organise events or projects relating to the Centenary of the 1916 Rising. Detail of grants including application forms etc are on the website of Laois County Council at www.laois.ie. The closing date for receipt of completed applications is June 12.
Kettlebells continue every Tuesday and Thursday evening in the Old School Community Hall from 7 - 8pm. All ages welcome. No equipment needed, it’s all provided. Fully qualified instructors. New 4 week course commencing on Thursday the 16th of April. All are welcome.
