Sign on From 9am starting 10 am. 100 Km route is taking in the best scenery in the Slieve Blooms, without the painful climbs! Starting in Portlaoise and heading through Emo, next Mountmellick, Rosinallis, Clonaslee, Cadamstown and Kinnitty. Sharp left turn at the church in Kinnitty and left again at Boheraphuca and on to Gorteen, Camross, Ballyfin and Portlaoise.
There are loads of shortcuts home for anyone would prefer a shorter route. There is a food stop at Cadamstown with showers and hot food on return at the Rugby Club.
