An envelope collection in aid of the development of a Playground in the village is currently taking place. The cost of the Playground will be approx €85,000 (incl VAT). It is hoped that most of the cost will be grant aided but there will have to be some local contribution.

Committee members are delighted with the response to the collection so far and wish to thank all who have donated. They are well aware that due to the present economic situation some people are unable to make a donation. Those who still wish to contribute can do so by contacting either of the treasurers Canice Sheeran or Jack Fahey.
