PARENT & TODDLER GROUP
‘Kids & Koffee’ parent and toddler playgroup takes place every Friday 10am - 12pm in the Ballyroan Community Hall. It costs just €3 per household and all parents, childminders and pre-school children are very welcome.
It is a community-run group and a great place to meet and make friends over a cup of tea or beaker of juice. If you’d like to join us, call Kyra on 086 0651485, or just come along on Friday.
Social afternoon returns to the ICA hall Raheen on Sunday October 27 at 2pm with card games and bingo. Come along and support an enjoyable afternoon.

ST FINTANS GAELS
St Fintan’s Gaels would like to thank all the teams who took part in the Jimmy Grace under 12 memorial tournament recently – St Joseph’s, Clonad/Park Ratheniska, St Fintan’s Mountrath and Rosenallis.
A great morning’s hurling with some wonderful skill on display from all teams. Thanks to Ciarán and Joe for the refereeing and thanks also to all who donated food and helped out in the kitchen. Congratulations and well done to Rosenallis on winning the Jimmy Grace cup for the first time.
The Raheen ICA September meeting was well attended. Votes of sympathy were passed with all families who suffered bereavements since the previous meeting. Marie Murphy gave a detailed report from the recent federation meeting. Get well wishes were extended to Lilly Sheeran and Sadie Delaney. The raffle was won by Nora Lawler.
Next meeting takes place on Tuesday November 12.
