Laois GAA community encouraged to send all old GAA gear to "UGAADA"

Christmas Appeal by Rathdowney Central Hub
Rathdowney Central Brand Hub in conjunction with "UGAADA" is appealing to all people of Laois to gather any of their old GAA gear, be it jerseys, hurleys, sliotars, boots to send to schools in Uganda.
UGAANDA was set up after two school teachers in the African nation came across a youtube video of Hurling and fell in love with the sport. Cultec in Meath started off the campaign and the appeal has now become a nationwide initiative.

Rathdowney central brand hub is acting as a collection point. It will be running alongside The hubs Christmas Experience which will have a Santa's grotto, a live crib, indoor and outdoor food stalls, and a Christmas Market running everyday from December 16th to December 20th.
All collections of Football/ Hurling Kit along with old mobile phones and old laptops can be dropped off at the brand central hub during this period
