On Sunday November 10, St Brigid's camogie club in Rathdowney held a meet and greet with supporters on Rathdowney GAA pitch.

Crowds gathered to take pictures with the players, and to wish them the best of luck in the Intermediate Leinster Club Championship on November 17.

This is the first time in the club's history to reach this point, with many Rathdowney supporters donning their purple and amber with pride for their Leinster finalists.

The recently launched GoFundMe fundraiser has a goal of €6,000 to cover expenses such as travel, food, physio, first aid and lighting for training on dark evenings.
