Nine branches of Laois Comhaltas took part in the Leinster Fleadh last weekend, bringing home dozens of trophies and medals.

"Laois Comhaltas is beyond proud of our massive contingent of performers who represented the county so dutifully across the weekend at the Leinster Fleadh in Drogheda!" Laois Comhaltas announced.
"We have so many amazing qualifiers going forward to represent our amazing county in Wexford at Fleadh Cheoil next month.
"From bands and groups, to dancing, solos, duets and trios, we have representation in it all!" they said.

"To those who played their hearts out for Laois and our 9 branches and may not have qualified, we commend you greatly for the amazing manner the county was represented! We know you all will represent Laois again no doubt!" Laois Comhaltas praised.
"Thank you to Leinster Comhaltas and the Leinster Fleadh Committee for organising an amazing weekend for all across Leinster," the group finished.
