Abbeyleix Library will soon be starting its award winning LEGO animation project.
Children of all ages have been playing with LEGO for more than seventy years, and in recent years people have begun creating video art with them as well to upload to the web.
From stop motion LEGO music videos to movie trailer parodies, comedy routines and more, LEGO animation has become really popular.
It is open to children ages 10 and over, so if you think your child might be interested please contact the library on 0578730020 or email abbeyleixlibrary@laoiscoco.ie
The organisers say this is a very exciting project and if you want your child to be a media creator instead of a media consumer get them involved.
