WATCH: Crimecall appeal over Laois filling station burglary

Four culprits ransacked the shop and stole items including cash for a local charity

Laois Gardaí appealed for information in relation to a burglary at Ballybrittas Filling Station on August 25, 2024. 

Portlaoise Detective Garda Michael O'Donovan appeared on RTE's Crimecall where he outlined the details of the burglary in Ballybrittas.  

The four culprits arrived in a dark coloured 3 series BMW and ransacked the shop before taking tabacco, vapes and cash being collected for a local charity. The raiders, who can be seen on CCTV, made off in the direction of Monasterevin.
